If you've tried the freeware version of NoteTab, you'll know how outstanding this program is. The Pro version of the program has many more features. If you work with text, you may prefer to do all your work in NoteTab Pro, only transferring text to your word processor for final formatting. The NoteTab features exclusive to the Pro version include extra speed in all areas, especially search and replace; bookmarks; multi-level undo/redo; URL and HTML tag highlighting; wrap to column; disk search and replace; create outline files; programming enhancements and text drag and drop editing. A handy feature is NoteTab's ability to create a program-specific Favourites archive, in which you can sort your most frequently used text documents into categories. The outline feature in NoteTab Pro lets you organise your work in a structured format, with a headings list on the left of the program's window, and the Contents text editor on the right. Outline files can be up to 2GB in size and can have over 5,000 headings.
